ジェレミー・ベントレー：Smartlogicの創業者兼CEO。ワールドクラスの２つのプロダクトを生産。まずひとつが、コンテンツインテリジェンスプラットフォーム「Semaphore（セマフォ）」。そしてもうひとつが、スペインにある自身の農場で生産するオーガニックオリーブオイルです。トレーニングを積んだエンジニアであり、キャリアのほとんどを企業の情報管理問題解決に費やしてきました。顧客は、「Semaphore（セマフォ）」のモデリング、自動分類、テキスト解析、可視化の機能を使って新製品を創り出すイノベーターです。こうしたイノベーターは、銀行、金融、出版、石油、ガス、政府、ライフサイエンスをはじめとする多くの業界に従事し、共通してインフォメーションアセットに依存しつつ、これを収益化・管理・統合するニーズに直面しています。顧客をサポートするときも、趣味のHobie Cats(双胴船)レースで強風にたち向うときも、持ち前のチャレンジ精神を大いに発揮します。英国エディンバラ大学の機械工学にて優等理学士号を取得。

Jeremy Bentley is the founder and CEO of Smartlogic. He makes two world class products – Semaphore, the Content Intelligence platform, and organic olive oil on his farm in Spain. He is an engineer by training and has spent much of his career solving enterprise information management problems. His clients are innovators who build new products using Semaphore’s modeling, auto-classification, text analytics and visualization capabilities. They are in many industries, including banking and finance, publishing, oil and gas, government, and life sciences, and have in common a dependence on their information assets and a need to monetize, manage and unify them. Jeremy’s love of challenges stands him well when helping clients and when racing Hobie Cats in a strong winds, which he does to relax. Jeremy has a BSc with honors in mechanical engineering from Edinburgh University.
